فجع الشارع الباكستاني قبل أيام بخبر اغتصاب وقتل طفلة تدعى زينب أنصاري، لا يتجاوز عمرها السبع سنوات.
وخرجت احتجاجات واسعة في مدينة كاسور التي قتلت بها الطفلة "زينب"، وتصدت الشرطة للمحتجين باستخدام الرصاص، ما أدى إلى مقتل اثنين منهم.
ويطالب الأهالي من الحكومة بالتحرك الجدي من أجل القبض على المتورطين باغتصاب الطفلة وقتلها، مع الاشتباه بأحد الأشخاص دون ذكر تفاصيل أكثر عنه.
ودشن ناشطون هاشتاغا عالميا للتضامن مع "زينب"، غرد به الآلاف من مختلف دول العالم، حزنا على الفتاة التي اختطفت أثناء ذهابها إلى أحد دور تحفيظ القرآن الكريم.
وقال رنا ثناء الله، وزير العدل في إقليم البنجاب إن الشرطة تحاول احتواء العنف والعثور على المتورطين في قتل الطفلة، فيما أغلقت المحال التجارية احتجاجا على قتل "زينب".
وكانت الشرطة الباكستانية عثرت على الطفلة "زينب" في صندوق قمامة بعد أيام من اختفائها، علما أن والديها كانوا في مكة المكرمة لأداء مناسك العمرة.
يذكر أن مدينة كاسور نفسها، أحدثت ضجة واسعة في آب/ أغسطس 2017، حينما تم الكشف عن عصابة مكونة من 25 رجلا، وثقوا انتهاكات جنسية لأطفال بلغ عددهم 280 طفلا، وهددوا الأهالي بنشرها في حال أبلغوا الحكومة بالأمر.
